All proposed Work is located within the Municipality of Anchorage corporate limits and is more particularly located on the design drawings Approximately 749 S.Y. of Sidewalk and Concrete Apron Removal and Replacement; replacement of 22 Curb Ramps; 2,520 L.F. of Curb and Gutter Removal and Replacement; 4,100 Tons of A.C. Pavement; 9,650 S.Y. of Pavement Removal; 19,975 S.Y. of Pavement Rotomilling; Signal Modifications including: 1 TS-2-1 Controller Unit; replacement of 8 Loop Detectors; and replacement of 8 signal heads; and other related work. The Municipality of Anchorage reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening of bids or before the award of contract unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days from the time of the opening.
