Site work and paving for a civil project in Anchorage, Alaska. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Contractor shall provide professional design services for the AMATS: Fireweed Lane from Spenard Road to the Seward Highway project. Services are anticipated to include: Surveying, Hydrologic and Hydraulic Design, Traffic and Safety Analysis, Design Study Reports (DSR), Public Involvement, Erosion & Sediment Control Plan (ESCP), Plans, Specifications, & Estimates (PSE), Electrical Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Utilities Agreements, Overhead/Subsurface Utility Engineering, Assistance During Bidding, Design Project Closeout, Assistance During Construction, and Construction Utility Coordination/Inspection. A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately April 2023 to October 2028. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
