Site work, remodeling, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the remodel of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.

Construction began June 1, 2022 and is expected to be complete October 2023. The main aspect of this project is two new additions to the existing school building. The larger North Addition will include new Classrooms, a new Cafeteria and a new Kitchen. The smaller South Addition includes a new Entry Vestibule and Multipurpose Room. The project also includes various site improvements, such as a new covered play structure and a new photo voltaic array for both the new and existing covered play structures. The scope of work also calls to demolish the existing portable classroom. Interim substantial completion of August 22, 2022 to include: Demo cover play structure and existing portable classroom, demo existing utilities, demo existing brick associated with new additions, install public improvements, new sidewalk, drive aprons, replace and reconnect all underground utilities required to perate the existing building, underslab utilities for both additions, install paving, sidewalks and ADA upgrades associated with access to main entrance, demo at existing trash area, install paving, sidewalk and new trash compactor, begin structural work and pour slabs for the additions. Work can continue throughout the school year, ensuring no disruption to school activities.
