Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Princeton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

This project has been completed. contracts: a. Overall Single Prime, (all of the work, all primes/all inclusive). Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-26, in order to be eligible to submit a Bid for the Project, the Bidder or its subcontractor shall be classified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction in the following disciplines: C008 - General Construction, with C030 Plumbing (Major Trade Subcontractor), C039 HVAC (Major Trade Subcontractor), C047 Electrical (Major Trade Subcontractor); or C009 - General Construction/Alterations and Additions with C030 Plumbing (Major Trade Subcontractor), C039 HVAC (Major Trade Subcontractor), C047 Electrical (Major Trade Subcontractor), Pursuant to P.L. 2004 c.57, all bids must be accompanied by a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue. Bids must be submitted on the provided proposal forms and be accompanied by certified check, cashier's check or a bid bond drawn to the order of the "Princeton Charter School" for not less than Ten Percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, but in no case in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00). Bid securities shall comply with N.J.S.A. 18A: 18A-24. 7. Bids shall also include a Certificate of Consent of Surety obligating the issuing surety company to provide the bidder and its subcontractors, if successful, with a New Jersey Statutory Performance Bond and a New Jersey Statutory Payment Bond each in the full amount of the Contract. 8. Bidding shall be in conformance with the applicable requirements of N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq., concerning Public School Building Contracts law. 9. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening date. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to waive any informality in the bidding, as permitted by law, if it is in the interest of the Board to do so. 10. Attention of bidders is called to the requirements of employment to be observed and Prevailing Wage Rates to be paid under the Contracts pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq. 11. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., PL 1975, Chapter 127, Affirmative Action against Discrimination (N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.). An initial Project Workforce Report will be required from the successful bidder (Form AA-201). The Contractor shall comply with the requirements set forth in N.J.A.C. 17:27, N.J.A.C. 17:27-3.6, 3.7 and 3.8 also known as Exhibit B. 12. The Princeton Charter School reserves the right to reject any and all bids, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-18, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-2(s), (t), (x), (y), 18A:18A-4(a-c), and N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22, and to waive any informalities. 13. Bidders shall comply with all conditions set forth in the Bid documents. A failure to comply with all requirements may result in the owner in its sole discretion rejecting the Bid.
