Solicitation Set #5 focuses on CMAR-3 (Garney Companies, Inc.) project at the Leonard Water Treatment Plant in Leonard, TX. *PLEASE NOTE THE SAME DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS (DIV 01-44) USED FOR SOLICITATION SET#4 WILL BE USED FOR SOLICITATION SET#5* Solicitation Set#5 will consist of the following Bid Packages: BP#5.1 - Chemical Building Shell Package BP#5.3 - Pre-Treatment Structural and Mechanical Package BID PACKAGE 5.3 -Pre-treatment Structural and Mechanical Package- Solicit and obtain a contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials needed to complete the structural, architectural, and process mechanical construction of the Pre-Treatment structure. Contractor will be responsible for dirtwork, underslab process piping, plumbing, sleeves, concrete, misc metals, embeds, precast concrete, structural steel, roofing system, and all structural items for a complete structure, all above ground process piping, hydrostatic testing, tie-ins, above ground process piping, and equipment install and testing for a complete and operational system. This package excludes Electrical, I&C, procurement of the sludge collection system, plate settlers, and pretreatment vertical shaft mixers (CMAR Procured). No access to the site will be allowed unless permission is formally requested and granted, but you are free to drive near the area to get a visual of the project location.
