Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a civil project in Leonard, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of June 12th, 2024, this project has been awarded. It is unclear if construction has begun at this time. Attempts are ongoing to confirm the project status. The North Texas Municipal Water District is soliciting for competitive sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the Bois d'Arc Lake Raw Water Pump Station Phase II Honey Grove, TX. NTMWD has chosen the use of the CMAR project delivery method for this Project. The procurement and the provision of Services will be in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2269 and this RFQ. Selection of the CMAR will be made using a two-step procurement and selection process. The NTMWD has delegated its authority under this Chapter regarding all actions required by this Chapter except for execution of the CMAR agreement to the Executive Director or her designees. Based on the preliminary work done to date, the conceptual construction cost value of this Project is $436 million. F&N Job No. : NTD16260 PROJECT NO. 101-0600-21 Leonard Water Treatment Plant Phase II PROJECT NO. 101-0601-21 Leonard Water Treatment Plan Terminal Storage Reservoir Phase II PROJECT NO. 101-0602-21 Bois d'Arc Lake Raw Water Pump Station Phase II PROJECT NO. 101-0603-22 Leonard Water Treatment Plant High Service Pump Station - South The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) provides wholesale water services to 80 communities and more than 2.2 million residents of North Texas. Updated demands and need for redundancy have accelerated the need for Bois dArc Lake Program Phase 2 expansion. The Project will consist of: 1) A second 70 million gallons per day (MGD) phase of the Leonard Water Treatment Plant for a total capacity of 140 MGD which consists of the following processes: pre-oxidation with chlorine dioxide; coagulation, flocculation and sedimentation; ozonation; biologically active filtration; pH adjustment; free chlorine disinfection; chloramination; fluoridation and clear well storage. 2) Expansion of the Bois d Arc Lake (BDL) Raw Water Pump Station (RWPS). 3) A new High Service Pump Station -South (HSPS-S) in addition to expansion the High Service Pump Station - North (HSPS-N) which is currently under construction. 4) Addition of a second cell (210-million-gallon (MG) capacity) at the Terminal Storage Reservoir (TSR) at the Leonard Water Treatment Plant (WTP) site.
