Scope: 1. Historic Restoration of existing building on National Register of Historic Places #3000180, Built in 1934: Ground Level (3,693 GSF), Basement (2,480 GSF Usable), and Attic at Primary Gable Roof. 2. Structural stabilization and select replacements of existing structure: Log structure, light wood framing, select steel structure, concrete block foundations, cast-in-place concrete foundations. 3. Selective Removals included within historic structure as well as demolition of existing north building addition, built circa 1975. 4. Removal / Abatement of any hazardous materials, if required. Contractor to provide abatement and complete work in accordance with a Hazardous Materials Removal Work Plan', as provided by Owner's environmental consultant. Costs of abatement will be subject to Change Order. 5. New North Building Addition to be two levels (2,286 GSF total). 6. Code and Accessibility compliance for new use as City of Pacific Welcome Center and History Museum. 7. All new mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems throughout. 8.
