Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Collingwood, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

- Construction of new sewage pump station including wet well, dry well, electrical room as indicated on Contract drawings. - Supply, installation, delivery and testing of new raw sewage pumps complete with motor and all controls as specified in the contract documents. - Supply, installation, delivery and testing of new grinder complete with motor and all controls - Supply, installation, delivery and testing of new MCC, PLC, VFD's, ATS, and other electrical panels as specified in the contract documents. - Supply, installation, and testing of process piping, valves, fittings as indicated on Contract Drawings - Supply, installation, delivery and testing of new instrumentation, transmitters, floats, switches, including flowmeters as indicated on Contract drawings - Supply, installation, delivery and testing of new louvers, dampers, Unit Heaters, fans as indicated on Contract drawings and - Modifications to existing wet well as shown on Contract drawings - Installation of new precast Bypass chamber, as indicated on Contract drawings - Supply and installation of new electrical ducts as shown on Contract Drawings - Coordination with Utilities including EPCOR, Bell, Rogers, G.I.T Security system, etc. - Works associated with decommissioning, removal and disposal of all equipment, valves and fittings indicated on Contract Drawings - Works associated with bypassing the pump station during the upgrades. - Other demolition and removals as shown in the Contract Drawings required to complete the Work. - Provision of temporary ventilation of the hazardous classified construction areas of the existing facilities as required de-classifying that area to complete construction activities. - Provision of all other temporary Works (including temporary trail) in order to complete the Work of the contract as described in the Contract Documents. - Repair and restoration of site, including plant roads, damaged by construction activities. - Site works as indicated on the Contract Drawings. - Management of the Work and integration with ongoing pump station operations. - Supply and installation of temporary construction facilities and provision of full-time security of the Contractor's designated Contractor's area and other temporary controls as may be needed by the Contractor to execute the Work. - Construction of temporary measures and Works including bulkheads, bypass pumping, equipment, piping, civil, mechanical and electrical needed to perform the Work. - Installation, start-up and commissioning. - Provision of Equipment Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Material and Equipment Vendor Training Manuals, and Record Drawings for the Work of the Contract. - Contractor to provide at least 1-year warranty for all equipment provided in this contract from the date of the substantial performance.
