Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jupiter, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Installation of approximately 8,725 linear feet (LF) of 6-inch PVC, 400 LF of 8-inch PVC, 20 LF of 4-inch DIP, 1500 LF of 6-inch DIP, 215 LF of 8-inch DIP, 25 LF of 12-inch DIP, and 400 LF of 4-inch HDPE watermain, along with associated fittings, isolation gate valves, thrust restraint, water services, plumbing connections, fire hydrants, connections to existing watermains, wet-taps, line stops, valve insertions, deflection of existing utilities, dewatering, disinfection, testing, demolition and removal of approximately 250 existing water services and 103 LF asbestos concrete watermains, and abandonment of approximately 18,000 LF of existing backyard watermains by grout filling. Surface restoration of all impacted areas, including asphalt roadway trench repair, milling and replacing asphalt, concrete sidewalk and curbing, driveways (concrete, stone, asphalt, pavers), paver crossing, ADA ramps, landscaping, sod, etc. Construction sequencing and maintenance of traffic to maintain water service, sewer service, and accessibility to residences at all times. The general location of the work will be on North Pennock Lane between Indiantown Road and Center Street, Northview Drive, Southview Drive, Pittsburgh Drive, Philadelphia Drive, Erie Drive, Kane Place, Center Street between Philadelphia Drive and N.
