Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Twin Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a 25,000-square-foot clubhouse / community center.

As of August 30, 2019, this project is still in design. A timeline for construction is not yet determined. As of February 11, 2019, the project is still in the design phase. Bidding is anticipated in late second quarter 2019. Construction is expected to commence third quarter 2019. The project will be funded by state funds. The Division of Public Works will administer the project according to the terms and conditions of the award and State laws and guidelines. The Design-Build team will receive general instructions through the State. A Project Manager of the Division of Public Works will be assigned to serve as project manager and liaison between the Agency and the Design-Build team. The IDOC is proposing to construct a new Community Re-Entry Center (CRC) in the Twin Falls area. The CRC are residential facilities that serve two main purposes: 1. They allow offenders to work while becoming reunited with families and the community. The centers offer selected inmates, who are nearing release, a chance to prepare themselves for release. 2. They provide protection to the community through high accountability and security of the offender in the community reentry center program. The CRC inmates normally work in the community surrounding the CRC and are transported by IDOC vehicles and drivers to their work daily. The new CRC facility will include approximately 25,000 square feet for housing 125 inmates, kitchen/dining, sleeping quarters, visiting area, learning/programming, parole, administration, and security areas. The State will provide the team with a site survey and soils investigation as the scope of work dictates and upon finalizing the property acquisition process (note: IDOC is in the process of acquiring property).
