Renovation of an educational facility in Twin Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the installation of a new ADA compliant elevator with in an existing 2 story Lobby. The work associated with this project includes excavation for a new elevator pit, new concrete pit floor and pit walls; minor demolition of existing construction to allow for the installation; new electrical feeders; rerouting of hvac ductwork; new storefront doors and framing; sitework revision related to the relocation of the entry to the Shields building A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
