The selected firm will be required to provide an abbreviated engineering assessment report, environmental documentation, all permits, topographic survey, roadway design, ADA ramp design, utility coordination and construction phase services. If required the selected firm will also provide the right of way plan development (including abstracting, R/W engineering and R/W staking). Additional services may also be required, such as, wetland mitigation, an archaeological investigation and a historical/architectural investigation. INDOT will provide a geotechnical investigation, pavement design and real estate acquisition services.
