Fayette County is accepting proposals for mowing services for 2023 at various pioneer cemeteries within the County. The work will consist of mowing, incidental trimming, weedeating and cleaning of tombstones after mowing. The County reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids as may be deemed in the best interest of the County. (P) Scope of Work: Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, fuel, tools, materials, supervision and incidentals necessary to provide the safe and effective execution of the work. Bids should include clearing out trash, downed limbs, hand trimming around gravestones and fencing, and removal of clippings from gravestones. (P) Fourteen cemeteries are to be mowed on a frequency of every 1 to 2 weeks and two additional cemeteries are to be mowed twice each season.
