Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Auburn, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.

Scope of Work: This project consists of a new 170,000 bolted steel fire water tank for the fire hydrant and irrigation service, associated site work, and electrical and controls related to the operation and monitoring of the water tank. License required to bid the project: A The States requirements for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation will be presented along with other contract requirements. The DVBE participation requirement for this project is 3%. Bidders are required to be in attendance for the entirety of the pre-bid site inspection and sign out at the conclusion. The State's Project Director is Anthony Brown at (916) 376-1629. The term of this project is 425 Calendar Days.
