Placer County Water Agency, will receive sealed bids for the purchase of Canal Automation Control Panels. Registration is required. No Bid received and read may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the date fixed for opening Bids. The Agency intends to award the contract as soon as possible within the sixty (60) calendar day period from bid opening. The Agency reserves the right to award the contract, to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to reject nonconforming, non-responsive or conditional bids. Provide shop verification testing of panels prior to shipping. e. Provide as-built drawings and Bill of Materials accepted by PCWA. f. Provide final as-built drawings and Bill of Materials in PDF format.
