Any bids received after the time specified above or any extension due to material changes shall be returned unopened. Project Name: 2025 SEWER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT Project Description: The project to be constructed shall consist of the CIPP lining of existing sewer mains, manhole rehabilitation, and lateral connection replacement where needed. Opinion of Probable Cost: $1,077,000 The AGENCY reserves the right to reject any and all bids. If you have any questions, please contact James Taber 530-823-4211 ext. 111, jtaber@auburn.ca.gov MOBILIZATION & DEMOBILIZATION: Includes administrative portions of the work associated with mobilizing, but not limited to, construction schedule, safety plan, public notifications, bonds, insurance, permits, establishment of a contractor's staging area and move in of related equipment, tools, supplies and personnel. Includes cleanup of staging area, removal of all contractor's equipment, materials and supplies from the project site, and restoration of the site as specified in Specification 02276 Section 3.04. See Specification 01200 Sections 1.04 C and 1.05 for requirements. Payment Method- Lump Sum Payment Basis- Schedule of Values Submittal Date- Two weeks before first payment request 2. TRAFFIC CONTROL: Traffic control is required for all areas of the project impacting pedestrian and/or vehicular traffic within the public street right of way. See requirements listed in Specification 01020. Payment Method- Lump Sum Payment Basis- Schedule of Values Submittal Date- Two weeks before first payment request 3. TEMPORARY SEWER BYPASS: Includes planning, furnishing, and installation of all temporary piping and equipment necessary to maintain existing sewer services in operation. Sewer service may be shutdown, for a duration of 6 hours or less, to facilitate sewer lateral replacement where needed. See Specification 01520. PIPE CLEANING, CCTV, AND CIPP LINING OF 6-INCH MAINS: Includes requirements as listed in Specification 02500 and as required in the Contract Drawings. PIPE CLEANING, CCTV, AND CIPP LINING OF 8-INCH MAINS: Includes requirements as listed in Specification 02500 and as required in the Contract Drawings. Payment Method- Unit Cost Payment Basis- Schedule of Values Approved for use on 10/16/2023 17 Submittal Date- Two weeks before first payment request 6. MANHOLE REHABILITATION: Includes requirements as listed in Specification 02900 and as required in the Contract Drawings. SEWER LATERAL REPLACEMENT ALLOWANCE: Includes requirements as listed in Specification 02530 and as required in the Contract Drawings. No payment shall be made for lateral replacement unless authorized by the Engineer. TEAMTRACK ROAD SEWER (M-346) CIPP LINNING: Includes requirements as listed in Specifications 02500, 02900, and as required in the Contract Drawings.
