The Medical Sciences Building Carle Illinois College of Medicine project includes interior renovation work of the lower level mechanical and electrical room area, portions of the first floor, the entire second floor, and portions of the third floor. The project includes new student team rooms, classrooms, lecture hall, offices, an anatomy lab, virtual reality lab, toilet rooms, and public spaces. The work includes new AHUs, electrical switchgear, elevator modernizations, masonry, aluminum windows, plaster, gypsum board, glazing, tiling, acoustical tile ceilings, environmental graphics, casework, carpet, paint, audio-visual systems, equipment, and furniture. This project includes a Project Labor Agreement that will be executed between the lowest responsible/responsive bidder and the East Central Illinois Building and Construction Trades Council. A copy of the Project Labor Agreement is included at the end of Section 00 90 00.
