As of July 25, 2023, NCSSM- Joiner Hall Renovations is out for bid. **Future phases will be released in 2019 and will include the abatement, selective demolition and renovation of four buildings (including a Central Energy Plant), construction of two new buildings, a new road connector, and various site enhancements. The new campus is projected to serve approximately 300 students. 1. Renovation of 44,937 SF, Goodwin Hall, including administration space, classrooms, faculty offices, campus operation shop and shell out spaces. 2. Renovation of 10,296 SF, Barn, including campus operation shops, gathering spaces and event prep kitchen. 3. Construction of a new 20,969 SF, Dining & Wellness Building, including student dining area, kitchen and servery, infirmary and observation rooms, counseling offices and wellness spaces (yoga, fitness, meditation). 4. Construction of a new 18,909 SF Library & Student Commons Building, including library collections, seating area, media center, staff offices, conference rooms, multipurpose classrooms and group study rooms. 4. Construction of a new 35,400 Academic Building, including labs (dry/wet), classrooms, faculty offices/conferences and social space. 6. Construction of a new 43,700 SF, Dorm Building I and 40,800 SF, Dorm Building II, each including ground floor classrooms, online student dorm area, double/single dorm area, communal kitchen, bathroom and social spaces. 7.
