Renovation of an educational facility in Morganton, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Three Bids were not received prior to the opening of bids on September 8, 2023, therefore, the owner (Burke Co. Schools) did not accept / record bids. Burke Co. Schools will decide whether or not project will be readvertised and rebid. Remove and replace existing rooftop HVAC units, utilize existing ductwork, provide new DDC controls 5% of proposal as cash deposit or bid bond Performance Bond and Payment Bond Required for 100% of the contract price The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities.
