When the Successful Bidder delivers the executed Agreement to Owner, it must be accompanied by required bonds and insurance documentation. The Work will be substantially complete within 150 days The Work will be substantially complete within 150 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 180 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Owner anticipates that the Projects total bid price will be approximately $133,000
