Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 35,000-square-foot, 450-seat educational facility; and 62,000-square-foot, 650-seat educational facility.

Plans call for construction of two new schools: Westlawn K-3 will be located on the existing Afton School site at 16604 91 Avenue NW. The facility will be approx. 35,000 sq ft in size, with a build out capacity for 450 students (including modulars). Westlawn 4-9 will be located on the existing Westlawn School site at 9520 165 Street NW. This facility will be approx. 62,000 sq ft in size, build out capacity with modulars for 650 students. Projects will be aiming for LEED Silver certification and Solar System Techonology is to be implemented. Total budget for Westlawn K-3 is $13 million; and $23 million for Westlawn 4-9. Project has up to an additional $750,000 per school for Solar Technology.
