The new facility will be constructed predominately of load bearing CMU masonry with brick veneer, joists, and metal decking. Two roof systems are utilized included modified bituminous sheet system and standing seam metal. In-Room HVAC units with make-up air dehumidification will be used for the majority of the spaces in the new building. Finishes will include, but are not limited to: VCT, ceramic and quarry tile, rubberized flooring, carpet, acoustical ceilings, paint, casework and marker/ tack boards. The package also includes site work and utilities, paving, curb & gutter, basic mechanical and electrical services, electrical life safety systems, technology items, and cable trays. An Early Site Package is underway on site; therefore, the building pad will be installed and the site will be graded and ready for the new building package to begin.
