This solicitation is set aside 100% for small business only. MACC is a competitive multiple award, indefinite delivery/Indefinite quantity (IDIQ) construction contract based on established clauses, Terms and Conditions, and General Provision. Specific projects will be defined with each individual Task Order. Work to be performed will be within the NAICS code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, size standard $36.5M for work on mountain Home AFB, ID. The Government intends to award up to five (5) contracts as a result of this solicitation, however the Government reserves the right to award more or fewer contracts. The performance period of the awarded contracts will be a 60 month ordering period. There will be no exercising of options. Contractors will be evaluated annually and may be determined at that point to be Off-Ramped. Annually, the prevailing wage determinations for this effort will be updated to correspond with the existing awarded MACC IDIQ contracts. The minimum guarantee per awardee over the life of this contract is $2,000.00. Attendance of the post-award orientation conference is mandatory. The maximum program value is $90,000,000.00. After award, all future MACC task orders will be competed amongst all current and newly awarded MACC contractors. MACC task orders may range from $2,000.00 to $15,000,000.00, to accommodate predesign or design-build.
