The 366 Maintenance Squadron (MXS) has a requirement to convert one (1) manual gate to an automatic opening gate with two (2) pedestal mounted keypads for entry/exit. The automatic gate controller must be compatible with the current gate configuration/location of gate. The gate controller must have an override to manually open the gates in the event of power loss. The pedestal mounted keypads will need to be installed to meet capability during entering and exiting the secured area. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, supervision, management, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, materials, transportation, shipping & delivery, and all other items and services necessary to The Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and supervision needed to accomplish the tasks described in this scope of work. All work will be performed in accordance with all applicable OSHA, Federal, State, and local laws and regulations for the removal and installation of security gates. If any conflicts exist between applicable regulations, the most stringent of the conflicting regulations will apply. The Government is relying upon the expertise of the Contractor and/or its Subcontractor, to comply with all applicable regulations at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS), all applicable federal, state, local laws, regulations, manufacturers specifications, and commercial practices.
