All Work to be performed under this Contract shall be Substantially Completed within 300 days from the contract execution date. All work shall be Substantially Completed within 120 days from the Notice to Proceed date. The Program has an aspirational goal of twenty percent (20%) of Hard Construction Costs for D /M /W / ESB subcontractor utilization on projects subject to the Program within the Aspirational Goal, a further goal of 14% D/M/WBE utilization is desired.
