Architectural Design for Multiple Roofs Portland Public Schools (“District”) seeks written proposals from qualified vendors able to provide complete Architectural and Engineering Consultant Services for architectural design services for multiple roof replacement projects. The District will determine the number of contracts to be awarded at time of contract award. Awarded offeror(s) may be awarded one, two, three, or all four of the four project locations, at the sole discretion of the district. This determination will be based upon the evaluation of scores underlying the rank of each proposal and the capacity of the proposers, and shall be at the sole discretion of the District. The contract term will be one year with options to renew for four additional one-year terms. Project Description This project is for design of roofing replacements at up to four schools that have previously been assessed and surveyed. Design for these replacements will take place in summer/fall of 2025, followed by procurement in winter/spring 2026, and construction in summer 2026.
