Remodeling of an educational facility in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 32,145-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.
As of January 30 the project has not been awarded yet Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. In general, the work consists of remodeling six (6) shower rooms in the A and B Units of Hughes Hall. The work will remodel the stall and dry off areas, with new tile/substrate floors and walls, new institutional plumbing fixtures, new ceilings, lights and modifications to the ventilation system.
