Winnebago County is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for Lead Abatement Services to be provided at 1117 Cherry St Oshkosh, WI 54901. Scope The details of the work to be performed is contained within Lead-Based Paint Risk Assessment Report attached as a separate PDF document with the same name. The information in the Lead-Based Paint Risk Assessment Report and the Lead-Safe Homes Program (LSHP) Project Scope of Work and Cost Estimate Request (Proposal Form), along with an onsite inspection shall be the basis to determine the scope of work for the project. All items, details of construction, services or features not specifically mentioned which are regularly furnished in order to provide the Services shall be furnished at the prices proposed and shall conform in strength, quality and workmanship to that usually provided by the practice indicated. The Contractor is responsible for taking all measurements necessary to provide a Proposal.
