Remodeling of a municipal facility in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
Winnebago County is requesting sealed bids to provide all labor, equipment and materials to remodel the administrative entrance to Branch 3 of the Winnebago County Courthouse. In general, the work consists of the remodel of Branch 3 Courtroom Administrative Entrance which will include the construction of an enclosed vestibule with both standing height and barrier-free transaction counters, built-in storage, the relocation of one office door, replacement of carpet and the select repair of ceiling and wall finishes. This will also involve select electrical work including updates to lighting, the addition of data and electrical outlets, addition of access control devices. Question Deadline 07/29/2025 at 3:00 PM CT All questions about the meaning or intent of these Documents shall be submitted using the Question & Answer section of this project listed on the Countys OpenGov Procurement portal All bids submitted shall be binding for sixty (60) calendar days unless the Contractor(s), upon request of the County, agree to the extension. A bid bond payable to Winnebago County in an amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany the bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract within ten (10) days after award of the contract. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to select the bid considered most advantageous to Winnebago County.
