Renovate Existing Warehouse for Offices and Operations for Materials Management & Traffic Operations Department Work is described in general, non-inclusive terms as: The work in this project consists of the construction of site improvements, building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing work and all appurtenances identified by the Contract Documents as work to Renovate the facility located at 651 Mayhill for the City of Denton Materials Management, Purchasing and Traffic Operations Departments. As a requirement of the Base Bid of this project, the following areas of construction and renovation will require substantial completion, occupancy and full use within 120 days from the Notice To Proceed. The Owner desires the entire project to be Substantially complete no later than 210 Calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Work includes, but is not limited to the following general items: a.
