Contractor shall maintain the required insurance during the initial Contract term and any renewal or extension period exercised. Scope of Services to be Performed The required services to be provided are electrical services at the Denton State Supported Living Center (DSSLC). As-needed electrical maintenance and repair services for fifty-five (55) campus buildings to maintain lighting and power for clients and staff. Systems including but not limited to lighting to be checked on a quarterly basis and replace bulbs and ballasts as necessary, receptacles, switches, and equipment electrical. The services and parts used in the repair and installation of electrical systems, equipment, or components will meet all National Electric Code (NEC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 90A and NFPA 96 requirements. The Contractor shall use Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or equal parts and the tools, materials and equipment necessary to accomplish the electrical repair service for all areas requested herein this scope of work.
