New Aquatic Complex for Paso Robles Joint Unified School District located at the Paso Robles High School Campus comprised of a 50m Competition Pool with a diving well, a 25m Warm-Up Pool with approach steps, and support facilities. Support Facilities include a concession/ ad-ministration/ public restroom building comprised of 1 classroom, administration office with staff lockers, and a concession stand with storage, a changing room building, and a pool equipment building with 2 separate storage rooms, aluminum bleachers for spectator seating with shade structure and a coaches grandstand. Miscellaneous site demolition, new parking lot, site concrete, landscaping and utilities. New Pool and Bathhouse with related pool decking and associated site improvements. A positive response to this Invitation will insure that you will be notified of all Addenda. Please check this site on a regular basis to see if any changes have been made. NOTE: Performance and Payment bonds will be required if bid amount is greater than $250,000 and for all subcontractors. The bond must be from a company rated "A VII" or above by AM Best. This project is subject to skilled trades compliance This project is using state bond funds and is therefore subject to labor compliance monitoring and investigative activities by the Compliance Monitoring Unit (CMU) of the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, Department of Industrial Relations of the State of California (DIR), in conformance with Labor Code Sections 1771.55 and 1771.75, and subchapter 4.5 (Commencing with section 16450) of title 8 of the California Code of Regulations. In bidding on this project, it shall be the Bidder's sole responsibility to evaluate and include the cost of complying with all labor compliance requirements under this contract and applicable law in its bid. Project has a 60 day bid hold. A Summary of Work will be posted on our website for most trades for review and to be filled out and sent back to Harris Construction. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to commence prior to first quarter 2024.
