This project shall consist of site improvement construction for a dog park. The site improvements shall include perimeter fencing with gates, perimeter granular dog run and no mow areas, drinking fountain installation with dry well and filter fabric fencing for erosion control as directed by the Engineer. Alternate items will include, water line with meter and other associated vaults. Green Council reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids. Bonds must be executed on the forms provided in the bidding and contract documents. Standard bonding documents will not be acceptable. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the bid opening. The City anticipates issuing a Notice to Proceed by February 20, 2018. A Bid Guaranty filed in the form of a bond shall be in the form of the Bond included in these Bidding Documents A Bid Guaranty filed in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit shall be conditioned to provide that if the bid is accepted, the Bidder will after the award of the contract, enter into a proper contract in accordance with the bid, plans, details, specifications and bills of material. If the Bidder enters into the contract, the Bidder shall, at the time he enters into the contract, file a bond for the amount of the contract to indemnify the Owner against all damage suffered by failure to perform the contract according to its provisions and in accordance with the plans, details, specifications and bill of material.
