Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Los Angeles, California. Design plans call for the remodel of a three-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and three-story above grade clubhouse / community center.

Plans call for renovating a 1910 firehouse into a center offering art programs for kids. Phase I consists of seismic rehabilitation, fire-life safety work, building upgrades to meet current LADBS codes, and historic restoration associated with building upgrades to meet current code. Phase II consists of interior remodel to convert the buildings use into a youth arts center As of July 12, 2024, phase II is in design. Phase I is currently in construction by in-house forces (City of Los Angeles, Department of General Services). Project timeline is from 02/13/2019 to 06/30/2025.
