Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Navajo, New Mexico. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 10,000-square-foot municipal facility; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

To plan, design, and construct a 100' x 100' administrative office building/complex on Mill Road and Shepherd Spring Blvd. Phase I: The environmental and cultural/archaeological assessments have been completed. Phase II: The building will be planned, designed, and constructed from the ground with foundation and concrete floor slab. The design will include ADA accessibility, sidewalks, parking lots, proper outdoor lighting, security and fire alarms. Phase III: The building will be constructed to meet ADA requirements & accessibility, sidewalks, and parking lot with entrance access/egress from Mill Road. Red Lake #18 Chapter will own, operate and maintain the building and the Navajo Nation will be the fiscal agent. The project is included in the Red Lake's Chapter 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
