Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lewes, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Work consists of approximately 15,700 square yards of profile milling, 15,700 square yards of 2-inch bituminous asphalt surface course, parking lot painting and striping, road painting and striping, four (4) thermoplastic crosswalks, nineteen (19) thermoplastic arrows, twelve (12) parking signs and posts, removing and reinstalling 160 existing concrete bumpers, furnishing and installing 110 new concrete parking bumpers, forty (40) square yards of concrete slab for two (2) new bike racks, sixty (60) lineal feet of vinyl fence, 170 square feet of concrete sidewalk ADA ramps, 550 square feet of concrete sidewalk to tie-in ADA ramp, eighty (80) lineal feet of depressed curb and gutter, eighty-five (85) lineal feet of regular curb and gutter, furnishing and installing FRP grating in existing sidewalk, furnishing and installing four (4) ticket station foundations, and replacing one (1) manhole cover with an ADA compliant manhole cover. All quantities are approximate. Contract Duration: 105 Calendar Days.
