This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by Upper Canada District School Board (UCDSB) to prequalified proponents from RFSQ 25-064 to submit proposals for the construction of a new secondary school in Cornwall, Ontario, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). The successful proponent will be responsible for constructing a new secondary school in Cornwall, Ontario. The school will be a 157,714 square foot, three-storey 1,400 pupil places school with classrooms, labs, shops, a quadruple gymnasium, learning commons, and administration and service areas.
