Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Cornwall, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Corporation invites Proponents to provide the design, excavation, supply and installation of a new play structure at Optimist Park located off Sunnyside Avenue and Memorial Park off Third Street West. This proposal will also include the excavation, supply, delivery and installation of Engineered Wood Fibre (EWF) as the protective surfacing zone. The play structures will be required to be installed in the Spring of 2023. The City of Cornwall invites innovative proposals, to maximize the $75,000.00 budget excluding HST for a play structure for Memorial Park and $150,000.00 budget excluding HST for a play structure for Optimist Park. The scope of work for both play structures shall include the excavation, design, supply, and installation of the structures as well as the excavation, supply, delivery and installation of Engineered Wood Fibre as a protective surfacing zone that helps promote safe and active play. The play structures will be required to be installed in the spring of 2023. The Corporation will remove the existing play structures from Memorial Park and Optimist Park.
