Site work and renovation of a medical facility in Cornwall, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
This project involves fabrication and installation of steel canopies at two locations on the West side of the Paramedic Services Headquarters (formerly known as Cornwall EMS) at 601 Campbell Street, Cornwall, ON. Provide anchoring of steel baseplates to concrete slab. Coordinate acceptable epoxy chemical anchor adhesive with Engineer. Provide 5-year materials and labour warranty on canopies. Provide separate pricing for each canopy. The Corporation may elect to purchase a single canopy instead of two canopies. The following work shown on drawings is NOT included in contract: - Removal of existing concrete slab. - Provision of new concrete slab including granulars, compaction, insulation, formwork, and testing.
