Pricing to hold through 12/31/2019 The Ottawa County Engineers Office and Highway Department is requesting price quotes for various sizes of HDPE Pipe. Your firm has been identified as a potential supplier. If your company is interested in furnishing prices for consideration for the 2019 construction season, we ask that you provide the following: 1. Completed and signed proposal form 2. Material specification information for each item 3. Affidavit of no outstanding property taxes and No Findings of Recovery 4. Non-Discrimination Statement 5. W-9 6. Additional information that may assist Ottawa County with the selection process No award will be made as bidding is to establish pricing only. The County reserves the right to purchase material from the most economical source. Costs associated with obtaining the product(s), job site, compatibility with materials currently in stock, as well as any other pertinent factors, will be taken into consideration at time of purchase.
