Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, Maintenance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after opening. The Lancaster Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the Bidding. The Lancaster Airport Authority does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability or familial status in employment or the provision of services.
