Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in North Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a 8,737-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a 62,354-square-foot educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Bidders will be able to visit the Site at the convenience of the North Syracuse Central School District with a minimum of forty-eight hours prior notification to Watchdog Building Partners at 585-760-7855. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents Contract documents will be delivered via UPS Ground service upon request and receipt of an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge of $75 per set, payable by separate check to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. All requests for delivery to locations outside of upstate NY will incur an additional shipping charge based on the metering increase for those locations. Any sets required in excess of the above-mentioned maximums are to be obtained directly by interested parties at their cost at the full cost of printing, directly from Plan and Print Systems. Deposits will not be refunded for documents returned in unusable condition or after 30 days.
