Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The project consists of the purchase and construction of a 50 x 100 prefabricated pole building including, but not limited to: concrete foundations, structural framing, roofing, siding, etc., and all other associated work listed in the project manual, and as shown on the project sample plans. Expected Contract Value $125,000 Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Lower Nazareth Township; or a Bid Bond in favor of Lower Nazareth Township, in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workmen employed on this project. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening. Lower Nazareth Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
