The Housing Authority of the County of Berks, by virtue of its contract with the United States of America, acting through the Department of Housing and Urban Development, pursuant to the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended, is hereby requesting bids for the Housing Authority of the County of Berks, 1803 Butter Lane, Reading, PA 19606. Delp Townhouses, 1803 Butter Lane, Reading, PA 19606 Jefferson Heights, 1600-1614 Buchanon Drive, Laureldale, PA 19605 1600-1619 Lincoln Court, Laureldale, PA 19605, Cacoosing Meadows, 701-735 Spring Street, Sinking Spring, PA 19608 Cacoosing Meadows, 310-320 Windmill Road, Sinking Spring, PA 19608 Attention is called to all respondents that all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity requirements for federally assisted contracts must be complied with.
