Weaver Union School District ("District") is seeking to prequalify contractors for the District''s Weaver Middle School Project 1 public project in accordance with Public Contract Code Section 20111.6. This prequalification requirement applies to the following contractors and subcontractors: A contractor with an A, B, C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and/or C-46 license that intends to bid as a prime contractor directly to the District. A contractor with a C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and/or C-46 license that intends to submit a bid or proposal as a subcontractor to a prime contractor that is bidding directly to the District. Prequalification packages are available at the following link on the District''s website at www.weaverusd.org Contractors and subcontractors must complete the District''s prequalification forms; the District will not accept any other prequalification documents. Further instructions are on the District''s website and in the Prequalification package itself. Contractors will be disqualified, without exception, from submitting a bid if not prequalified at least five (5) days prior to bid opening.
