This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by Queen's University to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Construction Management Services for Duncan McArthur Hall Renovation and Addition as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars, Appendix D, the Deliverables. The project includes first and second floor renovations and addition, including enclosing the canopy sections of the east and west portion of block A to facilitate the use of classroom and enhanced student / teaching and learning spaces.
