Project will consist of the construction of a new building for the administrative services, demolition of the existing building and associated site improvements for the City of Lakeside Park on the existing City Building site at 9 Buttermilk Pike in Lakeside Park, Kentucky. Only bidders who purchase the files at the above address will be listed on the bidder's list and be deemed eligible for submitting proposals. The successful bidder will be required to have a current occupational license in the City of Lakeside Park before the Contract will be awarded. The City Council of the City of Lakeside Park, reserve the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. The City Council of the City of Lakeside Park shall authorize acceptance of the bid made by the responsible bidder who, in Council's judgment, offers the best and most responsive proposal to the City, considering quality, service, performance record, and price; or Council may direct the rejection of all bids. The City may award based on functional equivalence concerning specified work or products.
