The work at Water Plant No. 1 includes blasting and recoating the GST No. 1 interior roof and rafters; demolishing, replacing and coating the GST No. 1 overflow weir; patching holes in the GST No. 1 roof; touch-up coating the GST No. 1 suction piping, roof, roof access hatches, roof vent, roof handrail, exterior ladder, probe holder, and exterior of the square cleanout; touch-up coating the interior fill line, fill line supports, and interior ladder; recoating the GST No. 2 interior roof, rafters, and the topmost eight vertical feet of the wall; touch-up coating the GST No. 2 interior walls; touch-up coating the GST No. 2 roof exterior, roof vent flange, roof access hatch, exterior ladder and handrail; blasting and recoating the HPT No. 1 interior; touch-up coating the HPT No. 1 drain line piping, tank supports, tank lid, and manway cover; blasting and recoating the booster pump headers, heads, bonnets, fittings, piping valves, and auxiliary engine; touch-up coating the Water Well No. 1 water meter flange, well head discharge piping, bonnets, and dresser coupling; cold-galvanize coating the well vent enclosure; blasting and recoating the control building exterior; blasting and recoating the piping inside the site valve vaults; installing pressure gauges on Booster Pump No. 2 suction and discharge piping; replacing the Booster Pump No. 3 discharge gate valve; removing the existing probe holder on GST No. 1, sealing the hole with welded steel plate, and applying protective coating.
The work at Water Plant No. 2 includes replacing the GST No. 1 foundation sealant; replacing the rubber gaskets of the roof access hatch and overflow weir access hatch; touch-up coating the GST No. 1 exterior tank at the foundation, exterior roof, roof vents, roof handrails, roof access hatch and overflow weir access hatch, surface water fill line piping, discharge suction pipe handwheels; touch-up coating the overflow weir, interior roof rafters, interior roof vent penetrations, interior column, interior fill line piping and pipe supports; coating the GST No. 1 tapping sleeve on the fill line; touch up coating the HPT No. 1 tank exterior; blasting and recoating the booster pump motors, discharge heads, piping, and valves; recoating the generator enclosure; blasting and recoating the control building exterior walls; replacing the grout at the base of Booster Pump Nos. 1 and 2. The work at Water Plant No. 3 includes touch-up coating the GST No. 1 interior ladder, walls, roof rafters, and overflow weir, the exterior roof, roof vents, probe holder, exterior ladder, and exterior fill line piping; replacing the GST No. 1 foundation sealant; replacing the GST No. 1 gooseneck roof vent hardware; replacing the hardware and hangers on the GST No. 1 interior fill line piping; replacing the GST No. 1 mushroom roof vent; pressure wash cleaning the GST No. 1 exterior fill line piping, suction piping, and overflow line flap gate; touch-up coating the HPT No. 1 tank interior and 12" discharge line handwheel; blasting and recoating the Booster Pump Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4 motors and discharge heads; demolishing and replacing the booster pump pipe insulation; touch-up coating the eye-wash piping; installing intruder prevention along the chain link fence where the clearance between fence bottom and ground exceeds 6"; filling the hole adjacent to the GST No. 1 square cleanout with select fill.
