Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in San Lorenzo, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Renovation of Edendale Park,, located at 16278 Ashland Avenue, San Lorenzo, CA 94580. The Project scope at this one-acre park includes, but not limited to, new grading and drainage, pavement, play area, site furnishings, park structure, fencing, electrical work and associated planting and irrigation. These bids shall be presented in accordance with the Project Documents, Plans and/or Specifications, for this project, prepared by H.A.R.D. Prospective Bidders must purchase these Project Documents prior to submitting sealed bids. Only plan holders listed on the official Plan Holders List, as maintained by the East Bay Blueprint & Supply Co., on behalf of the H.A.R.D., will be eligible to submit bids. Prospective Bidders must possess a class A or C-27 General Engineering License to bid and perform this Project. Prospective Bidder's subcontractors must possess the appropriate license for their trade or other applicable certificate. Failure to possess the proper license will result in rejection of your bid. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Bond and in accordance with Prevailing Wage requirements. These and all requirements are outlined in the Project Documents and must be signed by the bidder. The General Manager reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
