It is the Contractors responsibility to provide all labour, material, equipment and supervision to complete the work outlined in this specification, taking into account all site conditions, noise restriction, work area restrictions, protection requirements, accessibility restrictions, etc. No extras will be entertained for inconveniences after the award of this Contract. In particular the work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. The installation and maintenance of hoarding, dust protection and construction signage around each phase of the work as described herein. 2. The installation and maintenance of ventilation and exhaust systems into and out of the work area as described herein. 3. The complete construction and selected demolition areas as identified on the tender documents, and outlined on the civil, architectural, landscape, mechanical, and electrical drawings, specification on those drawings, the geotechnical investigations and the UK hydro connections for 1 Curtis Crescent for a total of 9 new apartments 9. Scope to include all coordination required between the subcontractors, coordination and permits with the City of Kingston and Utilities Kingston as well as other bodies having jurisdiction. KFHC shall pay for costs associated with the Building permit only. 4. Repair/replace/restore all areas damaged by construction activity to a likenew condition; specifically, the Contractor shall repair all damage resulting from the Construction to the satisfaction of the Owner. 5. Final cleaning of site and the disposal all waste products and/or debris generated by the construction activity as well as any material present in the work area prior to the commencement of the Work. The areas requiring cleaning shall consist of all areas affected by the Work.
